Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of Coolcolab subscriptions, an online service to manage collabs, clients, documents and payments for creatives, freelancers and agencies. They complement the terms of use.

Plans

Solo is free forever, within the limits shown on the Pricing page (3 active collabs, 50 MB of storage). Pro is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly. Studio is offered after a conversation with our team, based on your organisation's needs.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and, for information, in euros and CFA francs. Pro costs $10 a month, or $7 a month billed $84 a year. Taxes applicable in your country may be added at checkout. We may change our prices; any change is announced at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Payment

Payment is made online, by card or mobile money depending on what is available in your country, through secure payment providers. Coolcolab never stores your card details.

Term and renewal

The monthly subscription renews every month, the yearly one every year, on the same date. You get an e-mail reminder before each yearly renewal.

Changing plans

You can upgrade from Solo to Pro at any time: features unlock immediately. If you go back to Solo, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period; your data stays intact; beyond 3 active collabs, you need to finish one before opening a new one.

Cancellation

You can cancel from Settings › Plan, with no fee or reason needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You can export your documents at any time.

Refunds

Any period that has started is due. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using Coolcolab, contact us: we review every request and refund pro rata when justified.
